 | I keep getting "Incorrect data input. Please try again." |  | Your User Name or Password may be wrong. Try turning the Caps Lock on or off before logging in. |
 | A message says that "Your membership account is not activated." |  | You need to activate your account before you can login. An activation email will be sent to your email account after you signed up. Please check your Junk Mail, or check your email filters as it may have ended up there. Click on the link provided in our email, and your account will be activated automatically. |
 | I have forgotten my password! What should I do? |  | Near the top of the login page, click on "Forgot Your Password?". Key in your User Name and Email address, and your password will be sent to your email automatically. |
 | I have entered my information under "Forgot Your Password?", but I still haven? received my password! |  | Make sure you entered your User Name and Email correctly. Also, please check your Junk Mail, or check your email filters as it may have ended up there. |
 | Can you email my password to me if I requested via email or telephone for it? |  | To protect your personal information, we do not reveal our members?passwords except through the automated password reply as mentioned in 3 and 4. |
 | I have forgotten my User Name! |  | Please send us an email via "customerservice@beautycredit.com.sg" using the email address you signed up with, and we will reply with your User Name. |
 | I can? remember which email address I used to sign up! Can I still request for my User Name and Password? |  | We cannot divulge personal information such as User Name and Password to you unless you contact us with the same email account you signed up with. To protect your personal information, we do not accept telephone requests for User Names and Passwords. |
